[Video] August Alsina Passes Out Into The Crowd During NYC Concert

August Alsina stopped in New York City this evening, he surprisingly fainted and fell off stage almost hitting a member of the crowd. Medics quickly arrived to the scene, but there is not yet word on his condition. Check the footage below.
